5. Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver your order within the specified time frame. However, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not liable for any delays. 

6. Product Availability: We strive to keep our product inventory up to date. However, there may be instances where a product is out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you and provide alternative options if available.

7. Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review your request and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India/Madhya Pradesh. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh Jurisdiction.
